Tiny habits, humble beginnings
Every day for the last week, I’ve swung my kettlebell for one minute each day. As of today, I’m doing a heavy kettlebell deadlift every time I walk out of the kitchen, followed by a big pat on my own back.
I feel a bit cheesy doing all of this, and I feel like these small actions aren’t enough, given how bad my food/exercise situation has gotten in the past six months. But I trust this tiny habit approach, which seems to have re-entered my life through providence, is exactly what I need right now.
More will be revealed.
