Zhan zhuang (站桩) 10 day series

I just finished practicing along with this series for the last ten days, and I am fucking stoked about Zhan Zhuang as an ongoing practice. It feels very connected to my goal of deepening into life, growing my roots downward like a tree. Gonna try working up towards 20 minute sessions.
